About the Loco Economist
I taught undergraduate and graduate economics for over 25 years. My undergraduate studies were at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. I studied graduate economics at UC Davis. My teaching career also began at the Academy, and ended with the University of Phoenix. While at UOP, I became the media contact for all issues related to economics & fuels ( my day job has been as a petroleum distributor for 25+ years). During one of my media interviews, the local paper meant to put "local economist," but instead put "loco economist." My boys immediately picked up on this, and started calling me the "Loco Economist." Hence, my Blog's name. I hope you enjoy, and are motivated to expand your thinking on all things economic!
